Product Overview:
The AZ963 series frequency converter is a vector-controlled frequency converter capable of controlling and regulating asynchronous motors
It can be used for driving fans, water pumps, textile machinery, papermaking, wire drawing, machine tools, packaging, food processing, and various automated production equipment.
Depending on the varying needs of applications, specialized treatments have been made in hardware configuration, software function settings, and maintenance convenience. Users can customize communication methods, I/O configurations, reactors, and EMC filters based on their project requirements, facilitating the selection process for frequency converters.
Technical features:
1. Four sets of motor control parameters
Equipped with four sets of motor control parameters as standard, it can handle motors with four different process requirements and power ranges. Simply set the relevant parameters of each group of motors in advance, and switch between them through the DI terminal without the need for additional parameter adjustments. This effectively addresses the issue of backup and replacement of frequency converters on project sites and improves the reliability of engineering projects.
2. Flexible port configuration
Customers can choose I/O expansion cards according to their needs, and flexibly configure digital and analog functions for different process requirements, providing convenience for project design box debugging.
3. Rich extended applications
The XFC580 series frequency converter supports dual built-in expansion card applications simultaneously, with one function and communication expansion, including IO expansion cards, PIC programmable expansion cards, and multiple communication expansion cards; One way encoder expansion card, including encoder expansion cards compatible with differential and OC interfaces, as well as rotary expansion cards. Combine usage to achieve multiple complex system control functions.
4. High performance stall control
High performance overcurrent stall and overvoltage stall control better meet the load requirements of different mechanical characteristics, making the mechanical characteristics of the motor flexible and widely applicable to various engineering equipment applications.
