GCS Improved Switchgear

Features of CXJG-8 Labor-Saving Propulsion Mechanism

It adopts a double-turbine structure, made of high-strength wear-resistant plastic.

It is suitable for large-unit drawers with large operating torque (for high-current applications). It uses a multi-turn labor-saving hand-cranking method, enabling easy, flexible and stable cranking in and out of the drawer. It is made of thick steel plates for more reliable operation.

The limit and guiding devices can reduce the left-right and up-down swing of the drawer. The gap fit is reasonable, and the operating force points of the drawer are balanced.

It is equipped with color-coded labels for "Separation", "Test" and "Connection" positions, with clear audio prompts when reaching these three positions.

When the main switch handle is rotated to the closing position, the crank socket is blocked and cannot be inserted, so the drawer cannot be cranked in or out, ensuring safety. The auxiliary circuit is connected in the test position, and the main switch can perform opening and closing tests.

Working Position Principle of CXJG-8 Labor-Saving Propulsion Mechanism

  • Separation position: Align the position to display "Separation"; the drawer can be cranked in clockwise. At this time, both primary and secondary circuits are disconnected.
  • Separation-Test position: Crank the drawer clockwise from the separation position to display "Test".
  • Test-Connection position: Continue cranking the drawer clockwise; when the "Connection" position is displayed, the primary and secondary circuits are connected. Pull out the crank handle before the main switch can be closed. After the switch is closed, the crank socket is blocked — the crank handle cannot be inserted, and the drawer cannot be cranked in or out (only after the switch is opened can the crank handle be inserted into the drawer for cranking in or out).
  •

Notes

  • When aligning the drawer to the separation position, push it in place before cranking it in.
  • Do not force clockwise operation when the drawer displays the "Connection" position, to avoid damage.
