Features of CSL Hand-Pull Mechanism

 
It features an attractive design, easy installation and operation, and cost-effectiveness. The drawer unit of this type can be made in heights of 150, 160, 200, 300, 400, and 600, with a maximum capacity of 240 circuits.
 

Position Principle and Operation of CSL Hand-Pull Mechanism

 
  • Separation position: Displays "Separation"; the drawer can be pushed in. The primary and secondary circuits are disconnected.
  • Separation-Test position: Hold the left and right handles with both hands and gently push the drawer. It displays "Test" — the secondary circuit is connected, while the primary circuit is disconnected. The auxiliary switch is energized.
  • Test-Connection position: At this point, press the unlock button with your left hand and push forward; the position displays "Connection" — the primary and secondary circuits are connected. The auxiliary switch is energized.
 
When the main switch is closed, the handle drives the square rod to rotate (the square rod is equipped with a closing unlock rod). When the switch is closed, the unlock rod has been inserted into the hole of the drawer bottom plate and locked onto the drawer layer partition. The drawer cannot be pushed in or pulled out; it can only be pulled out after the switch is opened. After the main switch is opened, if the drawer shows the "Connection" position, you need to press the unlock button on the left handle to pull out the drawer.
